Thank you for visiting us at International Security Expo 2026

On 29 and 30 September 2026, our ID-ware UK team exhibited at International Security Expo at Olympia London. We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand. It was a fantastic two days of conversations about physical identity, access and compliance, and we really enjoyed meeting so many of you in person.

The show was a special one for us: we launched Citadel, the new generation of our Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) Suite. Citadel is built cloud-native from the ground up. It offers optional AI-assisted configuration, automated and auditable processes, and your choice of deployment – from shared cloud to fully self-hosted, all on the same codebase. For existing customers, OCMS remains fully supported, and Citadel is offered as an additional option.

We also presented Photon, our photo capture and validation tool. With Photon, employees and students capture a compliant ID photo online before their first day, and the validated portraits flow straight into card production.
